The Southwest Organizing Project is seeking a mission-driven leader who will build on the successful launch of the Chicago Community Learning Partnership and support the 3-Year Growth Plan. The new Chicago CLP Organizer will lead the dynamic growth of the new college-credit pathway and expand the credentialed workforce of skilled organizers throughout Chicago. This is a full-time hybrid position with adjustable hours for evenings/weekends to meet programmatic and student needs.
Compensation:
Full-time salaried position with pay commensurate with experience. SWOP offers medical, dental, life and disability insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and a 401k retirement plan.
